General enquiries

Please check all the information on this website. If you cannot get the answer to your question here you can contact us by e mail visa enquiries  We will respond as soon as possible and within a maximum of 20 working days.

Emergency appointments

If you need an urgent visa appointment, for example you need to travel in connection with the death or serious illness of a close family member please send an e mail to visa enquiries, for the attention of the Entry Clearance Manager. Please provide full details in your e mail. The Entry Clearance Manager will consider your request and respond to you by e-mail. We regret that business meetings, course starting dates and confirmed tour departure dates cannot be considered as reasons for urgent appointments.

Appeal enquiries

If you have been refused your rights of appeal and procedures to submit your appeal are explained on the notice of refusal given to you. Your appeal will be dealt with by the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in the UK. AIT will contact any UK sponsor or representative you included in your Grounds of Appeal AIT-2 form and will also notify you of the outcome.
If your appeal is successful we will contact you once we have received notification from AIT of the Immigration Judge’s determination. Please note that it can take up to a year for the appeal to be completed and the outcome notified to us.
